Plot_of_the_land_at_ Fedotova spit

 

1. Plot of the land area is 20 hectares.
2. There is a contract of tenancy signed towards the plot of the land during 49 years.
3. The plot is on mainland which allows high-altitude building.
4. The plot is situated on the bank of Utlyuкsky liman and it allows to use water room differently.
5. There is a transformer substation in immediate vicinity to the plot from which electricity is going to be linked up.
6. Borders of the plot (500m) adjoin to asphalt road leading to from the center of Kirillovka to Biryuchy national park (the end of Fedotova spit), it provides with brilliant traffic interchange and comfort in arriving to the territory.
7. There is Windsurfing school not far from the territory the plot is situated in (windsurfing, kite surfing), which takes different sport competitions every year and cups of local, all-ukrainian and international significance.
8. The lands on the spot were meadow ones formerly which gives an opportunity to plant different plants and trees.
9. There is going to be an opportunity to link up the object to these nets according to the plan of new water supply and utilization project.
