Property_complex_of ferroconcrete_plant (Zaporozhie)

 

Characteristics of ferroconcrete property complex plant:

The total area is 18 hectares.
The complex is situated very close to Mokryansky granite full gallop.
Railway (together with granite full gallop) is  2186 m., 6 points and 2 blind alleys.
Highways have a hard surface.
The main manufacturing building is of the area 144m х 55m – 7875 m2. There are three spans of 18m х 144m, height 12m,10m to the farms 8m to crane ways.
Loading mechanisms – 11 cranes only together with:
first span (reinforce work) – two cranes of 5 and 15 tones.
second span (molding shop) – two cranes of 15 tones each.
third span (molding shop) – two cranes of 15 tones each.
The second and the third spans have mechanized pier.
Office building is built in to the main manufacturing building having three floors 13m х 36m, of total area – 1400 m2.
Building of concrete-mixing junction having 4 floors 12m х 10m, - 480m2, with pipeline pier for giving bulk materials.
Inert filler stock is of  2000 m3 with conveyor gallery and covers.
Range of ferroconcrete items is 5 spans of 15743 m2 total area traffic information with the main manufacturing building are railway mechanized bogies.
Span  №1 has a length of 144 m, width of 16 m, - 2304 m2, two cranes 10 tones each, covered part 35m х 16m -  576 m2.
Span  №2 has a length of 144m., width of 16m., - 2304 m2, two cranes 15 tones each.
Span  №3 144м., has a length of 144 m, width of 16 m - 2304 m2, one crane 10 tones.
Span  №4. has a length of 144 m, width of 30 m., - 4320 m 2, no crane ways.
Span  №5 has a length of144 m., width of 22 m., - 3168 m2, no crane ways.

Compressor house is of 12,5m. х 42,6m, 532 м2 total area.
Office building standing apart of 2 floors has 15,8m х 30,8m, 974 m2 total area and basement which area is 200m2
Canteen building standing apart is of 12,7m х 30m, 374 m2 total area
       Mechanical-repair department -18,5m х 36,5m, two footlights (railway and automobile) total area is  685 m2
Cement stock - 10 ferroconcrete vertical containers 120 tones each; railway footlight for cement unloading.
Fence long the perimeter ferroconcrete blocks, two motor car gates, one railway entry.
Open cover-stock with area of 670 m2
Stock with ramp platform -360 m2 .
Boiler room - 713 m2 , 2 transformers built in 400 kВа each.
Garage of 3 rooms – 360 m2 . 
       Energy supply
Built in substation – 3 transformers 630 kВа each.
Transformer substation standing apart 39 m2, two transformers 630kВа
Portable water pipe 5,2 km long (plastic pipe D 200).
Technical conditions for gas supply were given and gas pipeline on 4000m3 per hour was projected with possibility of increasing a transmission capacity.
      There are other objects of industrial infrastructure: water-cooling tower with pool, pumphouse and others.
