Ukrenergochermet_plant (Zaporozhie)

 

The enterprise is situated on the plot of 2,6 hectares area in Zaporozhie city, at Tsymlyanskaya Street 27 (where Zaporozhstal public corporation is).

The enterprise produces:

• heating area of generators according to branch standard 108.030.133-84, (production is made using cold-drawn wires released according to state standard 8731-74, 8733-74 and technical level 14-3-190-190-82 by cold forming method).
• fire-tube boilers and steam boilers;
• fan impellers of 2200m;
• burners;
• lens compensators;
• large-sized trumpet hardware, other items and components for boiler units and power systems;
• tube towers for mobile communication systems;
Production of hardware is made using modern high-performance equipment using methods of plasma and flame cutting, mechanical work, contact sealing and powder welding.
Control under the production to be qualitative is lead by accredited laboratory of the enterprise.
Testing of finished product is lead with hydrodynamic method.
Control of finished welds is done with ultrasonic examination and magnetic particle testing.
The enterprise has necessary job orders according to the next rules and regulations:
- Rules of building and safe exploitation of the containers working under the pressure (RGSSS    0.00.-1.07.-97);
- Rules of building and safe exploitation of steam boilers and hot-water boilers (RGSSS 0.00.-1.08.-94);
-  Rules of building and safe exploitation of pipelines of steam and hot water (RGSSS 0.00.-1.11.-98);
- Safety regulations with gas equipment (RGSSS 0.00.-1.20.-98);
- Gas supply standard attached implements В.2.5-20-2001;
Permission of territorial planning Gosnadzorokhrantrud of Ukraine in Zaporozhie district  № 174.04.23-28.30.0 for welder certification right producing, mounting, repairing, objects` and equipment` reconstruction;
- Certificate of accreditation № АВ-11-04 of testing welding control and technical diagnosis laboratory of Ukrenergochermet close corporation;
- Increased danger job order  № 1574.06.30-74.30.0;
- Continued increased danger job order  № 157.04.23-29.30.0.

Property complex of the enterprise includes the following real estate:
• engineering building №1 (1 and 2 spans) – of size 72 х 36m, height 6,5m, spreader bars of 5,0t – 3pcs, 1,0t – 1pieces carrying capacity
• engineering building №2 (3 and 4 spans) – of size 60 х 36m, height 14,5m, two bridge cranes of 10tones carrying capacity.

• stock building,
• metal yard (beam-crane of 3t carrying capacity),
• garage block №1 (permanent structures),

№1 building (1 and 2 spans) has:
Cutting department consists of:
• turning machines with 400mm part cutting diameter and 3,0 m long,
• beam drills with drilling possibility not horizontally to the axes.
• ram miller machines for pipe facing on their ends, for creation of edges for welding.
• boring mill by means of which one can work up 2,0 m details, of 1,5 m high.
• rollers of sheet mill (let to bend a 16,0 mm sheet).
     Forging department consists of:
• hydraulic and mechanic presses of different types with possibility to work up a detail being hot.
• heat treatment furnace
     Welding-doubling yard consists of:
• welding equipment (devices for manual and semiautomatic welding)
• line of contact arc welding (using for lineup)
     Built in substation
• transformer 630kBa
• transformer 250kBa

  №2 building (3 and 4 spans) has:
• welding-doubling yards for boiler devices junctions, cooler of converter gases, elements of towers bearings for mobile communication systems and others have:
• modern devices for manual electroarc welding,
• plasma arc cutting devices and inert arc welding (argon),
• pressure examination setting by hydrodynamic method.
      Premachining installations have:
• speed saws for pipe cutting,
• line of automated pipe cutting,
• mechanisms for pipe cold forming (using core and long-length methods of forming), radii of bends are calculated according to the formula R= DХ2,  maximum diameter of the pipes which are need to be worked up is 108 mm).
     Office building (3 floors) has:
• office rooms,
• test laboratory,
• sanitary-consumer rooms.
    The enterprise uses centralized supply of:
• natural gas 200m2 per hour (Zaporozhgas)
• industrial oxygen (Zaporozhstal public corporation oxygen department)
• portable and industrial water (Gorvodokanal)
    the enterprise vehicle fleet has:
• motor cars, trucks and special automobiles, 10 units all.

   Accredited and certified test welding control and technical diagnostics laboratory of Ukrenergochermet close corporation with the help of skilled and certified inspectors of state supervision on labour protection on modern material and technical basis does the following kinds of work:
1. Control under the quality of welding junctions work with ultrasound method by ultrasound defectoscope UD2-12;
2. Control under the lacquer coating depth by modern calibrator of coats ВТ-12Н-1;
3. Capillary defectoscopy by penetrants of leading producers “Ely”, “Namicon”;
4. Control of the metal energetic equipment elements thickness, pipes of metal-roll and plate rolling by modern scanning ultrasound calibrator UT-98 “Skat”.
5. Control of the metal elements energetic equipment hardness, pipes of metal-roll and plate rolling with modern portable hardness meter of static weight roller TDM-1;
6. Control of metal elements energetic equipment continuity, pipes of metal-roll and plate rolling with new magnet defectoscope MD-4K using magnet suspensions of leading producers  “Ely”, “Namicon”;
7. Metallographic micro- and macro research;
8. Mechanic examination (rupture, flattening, bending), welding junctions features;
9. Carrying out of work package on technical diagnosis (expert examination) the following equipment which belongs to Gospromnadzor department:
a) steam boilers and hot-water boiler;
b) containers working under the pressure;
c) pipelines of steam and hot water.
All the devices are certified and verified by standardization authorities of metrology and certification.
