"Kirillovka – water supply system"

 

 

Realization of this project expects to mobilize an investor for common participation, its partial or total sale.

 Purposes of the project:

• To provide with centralized water supply and utilization the settlements, health centers and health improvement places situated on Kirillovka village soviet area.
• To avoid hothouse gases to be threw out into atmosphere.
• Improvement of peoples, tourists social way of life.
• Keeping the Azov Sea water area clean.
• Warning of an emergency epidemiological situation to appear.
• Rising of investment attractiveness of the region.

Total cost estimate of object building is 212,6 million UAH.
Commercial part of the object costs 177,5 million UAH.
Social part of the object costs 35,1 million UAH.
Payback period of the object commercial part is 60 months.

Water - 16,66 m ³;

Drains - 17,8 m ³;

 Kirillovka health resort includes the lands of Kirillovka urban settlement, Azovskoe village, Limanskoe village, Stepok village, Peresyp spit and Fedotova spit with resort health improvement places complex and refer to the area of mud seaside climate resorts.
There are more than 400 health improvement places and also sanatorium places, health improvement places for children, rest bases now on the territory of settlements mentioned above.
In average, about 1,2 millions of people have a rest at a resort every year, moreover about 300 thousand of people arrive as free tourists without any sanatorium vouchers. Total account of resting people is 1,5 millions of people in a season.
At present days, resting people of sanatorium-health improvement area of Kirillovka village soviet are provided with centralized water supply in a volume of 2 000 m³ per twenty-four hours which is 16% from the total volume they need and there is no centralized utilization at all. Besides, 300 m³ per twenty-four hours of the water is delivered by truck to the objects where is no centralized water supply. In general, Kirillovka resort needs potable water. Nowadays, general lack of water is  8 000 m³ per twenty-four hours.
There is no utilization of waste water system in urban settlement of Kirillovka. Waste water removal (mainly these are highly concentrated sanitary sewage) is done by truck in about 3 000 m³ per twenty-four hours (extra large number of waste water under the number of water used is explained with using by part of economic management subjects some technical water which is got out artesian well).
     Sanitary sewage utilization: preliminary concentration of  sanitary sewage is done in detritus tanks, as a rule, which are situated on the territories of recreation objects (sanatorium, rest bases), then they are removed by car to dehydration boxes, under the open air, where the processes of putrefaction go on. Large number of methane is produced while flows to mold. Besides, one may suppose that a part of waste water drains into the soil, polluting water area of the Azov Sea and its limans.
Such a condition with water supply and its utilisation of sanatorium-health improvement area Kirillovka urban settlement makes impossible to realize further building on the territory according to adopted general plan of resort building.

Investment project is realised on the territory of Zaporozhie region Akimovski district Kirillovka urban settlement and expects the building of Shelyugi-Kirillovka water pipe, centralised nets of water supply and its utilisation in Kirillovka urban settlement, Peresyp spit and Fedotova spit, sewage disposal plant (SDP). The project is made including the requirements of international level.
For realization of the project purposes the following is foreseen:
• water pipe of potable water with carrying capacity of 12 000 m³ per twenty-four-hours and extent of 26 km long (2 lines);
• areas of water pipe pump station of II carrying capacity (WPS-II); productivity 12 000 m³ per twenty-four hours in Shelyugi village (reconstruction);
• areas of water pipe pump station of III carrying capacity (WPS-III); productivity 10 400 m³ per twenty-four hours in Kirillovka urban settlement;
• sewage disposal plant (SDP) productivity  12 000 m³ per twenty-four-hours;
• centralized nets of water supply and its utilisation with buildings in Kirillovka urban settlement, Peresyp spit and Fedotova spit, to 105 km long;
• outward nets of electricity supply, connection system.

The project is similar to Water Act demands and Laws of Ukraine About potable water and potable water supply,  About all-state program portable water of Ukraine during 2006-2020, About resorts.
   
For building of sewage disposal plant technical innovations were used which have passed all the kinds of tests and recommended to use in many other countries.
The technology was given a golden medal of 45th International saloon of inventions, innovations and innovative technologies Brussels – Eureka in Brussels for reliability and its saving. Brussels saloon is one of the most representative exhibitions of industrial immovable objects (inventions, useful patterns and industrial issues) in the world.

Using of modern materials, innovative technologies, thought over financial schemes of mobilising the investments allow not to lessen the building cost only but also to lessen exploit expends, to improve indexes of water quality, to cut down payback period, to rise investments effectiveness.
