The_project_of_an administrative_building reconstruction

 

Design Zaporozhie Promstroyproekt Institute public corporation made a project of existing building  reconstruction with possibility to build on superstructure and to attach extra areas to a building. The building is situated in business and trade part of Zaporozhie, “Red Line”, close to the central part of the city – Festivalna Square.

Trade areas are concentrated at open basement floor, on first and second floors. There are rooms for restaurant and cafe on the second floor.
As for the third, forth, fifth, sixth and seventh floors – offices might be there.
Total area is 17419,01 m2
Net ceiling height is 3,3 m

Realization of an object is observed in several variants: sale of corporate company rights – profit balance keeping, expropriation of a real estate object (or its part), common partnership in business. Terms and details are discussed according to the variant whish was chosen. The price of an object or square meter cost is spoken in context of a purchase scale and rooms floors.
